Has RTV recently boosted power? The other day I adjusted the skew on my dish to get reach a happy medium between the NBC mux and the rest of my channels, and I completely lost RTV.

Yesterday I decided to check and see if I could tweak my East/West a little to get RTV, and when I clicked on the channel it was barely coming in at about 15%Q. After I nudged the dish one click it came in at about 45%Q. That's pretty steady on my Coolsat 8000. I really didn't expect it to come in that high with the skew off 10 degrees.

On 83W I usually average from 80 to 90%Q here in southwest ohio with a coolsat 5000. Their Ku uplink is effected by weather I do notice that when they have bad weather.

yeah other than weather related the signal has been the same (strong) for a while now..since the summer for sure

Strange things happening in the NW Indiana area. Galaxy 19 is between 0 and 2 for me today, History and Bio on 101 are down to 2. Those are always in the 40+ range.
On the other hand, RTV is over 50, AMC9/3F place holder is 99 and the NBC MUX which I'm watching right now is 96.
I hope this is weather related due to the band of snow coming in from the west. I installed my dish back in the spring and this is the first real cold snap so hopefully the ground didn't heave and throw things off.

Seems like last year when it snowed my RTV got a little stronger. Strange... Its snowing right now and we're supposed to get about 6 inches today; RTV is coming in fine. I'm just glad to have Rockford and the Hulk back.
