RTPI Video problems

Hello all, RTPI (Portuguese channel) on C band 55.5 W recently changed its frequency. Now my customers are having drop outs on the video even though the audio is staying, after rescanning and using the new frequency. Anyone else having an issue and since I'm in the US, any way I can contact RTPI since they are in Azores. Thanks

Hi all;

In need some help … I have Paraclipse 12 feet with 4 pole feed.

While moving the dish, lost the 4 pieces of pole feed .

I need to manufacture them , but I don’t know the exact length.

Can any current owner of a similar model measure his pole feed and confirm the length to me.

Very much appreciated.
