I have a couple of questions about the RSNs.

Has anyone heard if Dish plans on getting MSG and MSG+ in HD anytime soon? Hopefully by the next NHL season, they will so the Sabres, Rangers, Islanders, and Devils HD games will be available. I can watch them in sd, but I'd prefer HD. The only time you can see those teams in HD is if the other teams is showing it in HD, or on Versus, NHL Network, or NBC.

Another question about the RSNs. Is there any chance that they will be available on a 24/7 basis in HD instead of just for the games? Does each RSN only show games in HD and not the other programming, so that's why *E and *D only show the games?

Thanks for you comments.

A lot of us are waiting for the day Dish lights the HD versions up. I know I am committed until the end of this season whereas I sub to the NHLCI package. However if they don't add them by next fall I suppose I will be forced to change and give up my 722 dvr.

BTW, if you are in the Buffalo area, and sub to TWC roadrunner and get the most basic of all basic cable you can get; if you have a HDTV with a qam tuner, you will get the Sabres homes games in HD on 94.1.
