Does anyone know how to get rid of rolling lines on a plasma? Its plugged into a decent surge protector (im not sure if it is noise filtering if that matters) Would an expensive filtering surge protector work or is this a problem for an electrician to look at? Any help would be great!

What you have is a ground loop. Plug your plasma into an out let on a different circuit. You may also have to ground your cable.
