Looks like a fixed mount (don't take my word).

Two hours and 100 miles from me but hey, I've already got 2 12footers to go get that were given to me along with a 6 foot Janiel solid aluminum laying in the yard now to put up. I'm running out of room.

So grydlok, I've spent some time in your area at Virginia Motorsports Park at the Super Chevy meets there a few years back. In fact, I was married at that race track back in 1996. ;-)
