Has anyone used the below rib rack? When I tried it, it was like it prevented the heat from getting to the middle of the ribs. Center sections seemed under done, even the rub looked under cooked. I'm pretty sure they were completely thawed before cooking. Maybe next time I'll use every other slot to ensure even cooking, or go back to laying 'em flat.
