my coolsat flaked out like that ... for the coolsat it was a timing thing . took like 10 or 15 time to catch it just right.
unit off (on back) - at computer start upload -power the unit on - thing is the coolsat or in this case traxis will look for a startup file ... if one is being pushed to it ... it should find it. and the second method should also work. i also have the traxis i never liked it as much as the coolsat so its sat over in the corner until i moved it to the truck to be the outside dish adjustment receiver. its gaind a couple of scratches ... need to gather up all my extra stuff and sell it
