Just needs to be aligned better. Check youtube for how to dither a dish without a meter.
 
Yes, your 99 numbers in particular are much too low. Dish needs realigning.

Typically, you don't have to do anything to change the LNB out, remove 2 bolts if thats the style you have, change cables out, put back together, re run Sat set up.
Usually if the dish is aligned well, you don't mess it up when replacing.

Yep, although I'd just go slightly beyond the brevity of your statement to add the details of ...

"Typically, you don't have to do anything to change the LNB out, first make sure all bolts on dish mount are tight, cut zip-tie off coax service/drip loop, remove 2 bolts if thats the style you have, change LNB out, put back together, reform service/drip loop and secure it with new zip-tie, re-run sat set up."
