reusing old dish

If I am looking to buy a new setup. Can I save some money by using the old Directv dish?
And then all I have to buy is the LNB, receiver(s) and maybe a motor?

And can some recommend an equipment package?

It all depends upon what you will be using it for. First off, you don't need a motor, the dish is stationary. Are you trying to receive only sd or hd signals? What type of dish do you have now? If you are going to be a new customer, Directv will supply everything you need. Talk to us!
