Retro Television Network (RTV) on Dish?

Not even close. Retro(PLEX) is a movie channel and resembles little to RTN aka RTV.

I fired up my Neusat to watch RTV after being out of town for a week. Displayed showed scrambled. Anyone else have this issue?

They changed the PIDs when they replaced the west coast feed with TuffTV, I think. Did you scan the transponder again?

I went to Lyngsat and reentered the new PIDS. All is good.

My source at RTV tells me today that affiliate agreement with Channel 38 in San Francisco is no longer going to happen. Back to the drawing board for RTV and the San Francisco Bay Area.
