Retailer Chat Recap - November 10, 2009

Had a Dish customer that opened his account last Nov. request a renewall of the Cinemax for a penny just this past monday and was denied. So, he requested that his monthly bill be mailed and dropped CCAP. Would be interested in other attempts to continue this program offer to present customers. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
 
Just called them. The offer is only good to NEW customers. They won't extend it for existing subscribers. No big deal. I'll be dropping Auto-pay and Paperless billing soon but it didn't hurt to call.
