No need to split it, as it's a mid-season show. With the first season order of only 8 episodes, it'll easily run til the end of the broadcast season in May.

Oh, didn't know it was only 8 episodes ...

Didn't quite see how Caleb disappeared in the cell. Like he was so dehydrated he just turned to air. Somehow they are going to tie this to the river that seems to be connected to all the resurrected denizens of this town. Maybe being away from the river for so long , it effects them?

I can't believe that this show chose to "pass over" the opportunity to televise on "Resurrection" Sunday.
