Resetting Remote 2 back to factory original

I have a 6.2 remote for my VIP 622. It is remote 2. How do you reset it back to factory new (ie clearing all of the codes)?

Fresh batteries fixed the problem.

Nah, the symptoms didn't reflect bad batteries. But that fixed it. Must have been low.

I won't deny pulling a boner though!
