Repoint to 129 = big problems

has anyone had their dish repointed to 129 from 61.5? I had the tech come out to do it, all tested ok, check switch all green, all worked fine. Hours later tuning to any HD channel leads to acquiring signal 0 of 5 screen, and cycling through all the transponders to eventually lead to error 002 screen stating that signal has been lost.

I called tech support twice, and of course left the person dumbfounded. I could hear him scrambling through his scripts to see what we could do.

The repoint should be under warranty, have them roll a truck to sort it out.
