Repoint 61.5 to 129 questions

I have a two Dish 500 dishes. One has a DPPlus dual looking at 110/119. The other has a single DishPro looking at 61.5, and that is connected to the DPPlus head. The two outputs from the DPPlus are connected to two VIP211 receivers. I would like to look at 129 to get more HD channels. I am in zip code 28629. Can I simply repoint the single dish from 61.5 to 129 and do a new switch test? Thank you.

Your zip indicates you are in Charlotte, NC (if you are not, please confirm). Your locals are on both arcs so what you propose will work. I am kind of surprised Dish didn't try to set you up to a proper dish since so many HD channels were moved off 61.5. You should be able to do away with one of your current dishes and have the other upgraded to get you all your programing on one dish.

Or you can just repoint the 61.5 dish at 129 and receive more HD channels.
