Was on a dish i reclaimed, figured a vonweise was better then the superjack 2 I had on my dish. It still moved and had some surface rust on the part of the actuator that had been exposed to the elements. Cleaned it up with some 3m pads and some wd-40 and wiped it clean with some clean rags. Still stained but is smooth. The pivot points were frozen solid. The bolt is rusted in the hole and i figured it was gonna break when it kinda bent when i took it off the dish.
I found a replacement for 11 bucks plus freight so not too bad now its just time to figure out if i have to do something witht he reed switch after i get it installed. In this instance the heim joint was 1/2 x 1/2-20 which surprised me a little as i figured it woulda been metric.
