Replace 4900 with new HD receiver?

I currently have 811, and subscribe to America's 180, and the Dish HD package for $10. I also pay an extra $5 for my second 4900 receiver.

Can I replace my 4900 receiver with a new model HD receiver like the 211? What will it cost? And can I keep my current programming?
