repair a cut xm radio antenna wire

I mounted my xm antenna outside. while my builders were feeding rg6 cable through a hole they fed my xm wire through as well but they cut the end by the connector. can I rerpair this and what do I need? it would be tough to replace it bedause that hole is sealed up.
