After the last update (3-3-14 8:41 a.m.) I could not input numbers with the remote without entering "guide". (Settings/Diagnostics/Backup Wizard shows the last backup date). I restored first the remote, then the hopper and it worked normally after a hard reset. I've never had this happen before.
Is there somewhere you can find when the latest update has occurred and what was done? This last one changed "format" features.
