REMOTE QUITS WORKING 4 MOS OLD???

I have had dish-net since Nov 1 2012. #2 remote quit working, called and the rep verified a bad remote. then she says it is under warranty, good deal, but wait a minute, she says $15.00 to ship.!!! this is bull crap, can't wait for my two years to end so i can switch back to Direct. :rant:

If you would PM me your account number I can double check everything. As long as it is under warranty there would be no S/H charge.
