Remote question

I am going to return my DVR 625, do I have to include the remotes or will they charge me if I don't, this was a lease unit--or do I just put it in the box w/ the power cord and thats it? Will the remotes work on the 211 or 622? As like an extra remote control?

This thread shows confusion, but overall the response was you dont need to return remotes.

if you program it with the same number it will work
