Remote Control for PC

I work in a casino and we have multiple Disnetwork receivers for simulcasting live racing. I was looking to find an application for the PC that will allow us to change the channels on the receivers. I've seen the the sling for Dish, but even at that it only works on mobile devices, and I'm not interested in viewing remote TV, just being able to change channels on 18 receivers. We also have DirecTV, and was looking to the same with it. Any suggestions?

If you have access to an IPOD or Iphone try the dish app, I have a 622 and a 722 and I can use it to change the channels or set dvr timers. I do not have a sling box so I can not watch anything on the IPOD but it still lets you change the channels
