Remote control conflict

Here's a good one!

I just got a new Toshiba TV and when I hold down the volume button on the TV remote my Pansat 2500a repetes the last remote button pushed.

Example: if I tune to channel 20 on my Pansat and then turn the volume up or down with the tv remote, the Pansat trys to change to channel 0000.

Example2: if I increase the volume on my Pansat remote and then change the volume on the tv remote the Pansat will increase volume!

something is screwing up between the two. The IR frequencies must be close

Heck, sometimes when I hit a button on my Pansat, my radio kicks on

The thing I don't get is how the Pansat remembers the last ir code that it recieved.

Is there a way to do a complete factory reset of the pansat?
