Is the Remote 50.0 being phased out?

It might as well be. While interesting technology, I found the touchpad navigation to be a pain at best, and trying to do direct channel number entry using the touchpad even worse. The 54 remote is a massive improvement in usability while incorporating the voice command.

I like the 54.0 remote compared to previous remote models.
