Remote Access

Is anyone here aware from dish advertising that a VIP922 is required for remote access to work? (according to CS)

It's actually been working fine the last week - used it 3 times and for the first time in history it connected right away each time. I have a 722.

remote exactly, CS was very arrogant about it.

He probably was confusing the sling for the 922 with remote access from your account on the web. You have to be very clear with the 1st tier CSRs and even then you're lucky to get a competent answer.
