Remote 40.0 using AUX volume as default vs TV??

Hi-

Just got my hopper. How do I get the remote to use the AUX for volume like I had for my old remotes. The #, +vol, 0, # trick does not seem to work for me.

Press the YELLOW shortcut button - press 6 - click VOLUME

That did it... funny, the dish tech (of 6 years) did not even know that was a feature, and he definitely did not know how to do it on the Hopper.

The Hopper manual still says to use the #,+ etc.

You can also set this thru the menu, settings, remote

Yep. That's actually what the previous key-pattern did.

Still funny that the tech didn't know... page 78 of the hopper manual has it for the old remotes.
