Reid names Vick starting QB for the Eagles

What route?

Did Green Bay Have Vick sitting on the bench? No because if they did Aaron Rodgers would be sitting on the bench and Vick would be quarterback of Green Bay.

We had a Big Weapon sitting on the bench, Why not use it.

LMAO !!!!

Are you really saying that Vick would be starting ahead of Aaron Rodgers ?

Ok sure, when he's aloud to play again. When is that? 2 more games?

Vick did 2 years for Dog Fighting, Last time I checked Raping woman was 10 years in prison.

Got away with another!
Well, if you want to continue to go OFF field, I'm done here.

Talk about on field stuff fine.

Ps, YOUR guy was CONVICTED of the crime.

I think the are in the bind. I spoke to my best friend who is a huge Eagles fan in Philly and though the know the future is Kolb, they wanna win now. And regardless of whether you dislike him or not, the best QB on that team IS Vick. End of story. My buddy was also torn because he stated that this was considered a "rebuilding year" for the Eagles......but does rebuilding mean not try to win?

Maybe they reassessed their ability to challenge for the division after they saw how mediocre the NFC North is this year?

Who was Aikmans Back up? Was it Brett Farve? How about Dan Marino?

Nope ! If it was Jerry Jones would have had Aikman on the bench.
Wow, you really are clueless. How many teams have future HOFers as backups??

Steve Walsh was Aikman's backup.

Teams that are committed to developing a QB will play him when they are physically able to play. Teams that aren't (even when they make the financial committment) will play the QB who they think gives them the best chance to win now. Reid has done it in the past and has shown he will do it again.

OK Kolb was a backup for Philly for a few years now. OK He's not an out of collage Rookie Quarterback.

OK Coy Detmer was 2nd string for Years with the Eagles, and He couldn't play for ST$%. Thats where Jeff Garcia came into the picture, And he took them to the playoffs.

Andy Reid Played and Started McNabb Every year, every game he was able to play he played, Win or lose. You your Statement is False.
McNabb was Pulled from 1 game because he was doing poorly.

So don't go there about any Reid switching quarterbacks. Reid and McNabb have a Long known History.

You KNOW that IF they are offering Kolb, you gotta be REAL careful. ONE, Vick is a FA at the end of this year. TWO, you just traded a FRANCHISE QB to give this kid a start...and THREE, you know the Eagles are gonna want AT LEAST a 2nd round pick or TWO for a young, POSSIBLE franchise QB.

I am telling you, this WAY beyond a average "QB controversy".

According to Hemi, Kolb sucks, so there is no way the Eagles would get anywhere near as high as a 2nd round pick for him.
