Recording priority issue

Noticed something this evening. Since I recieve my locals via OTA and via Sat, I have each program set to record on each of their respective stations with the OTA higher in priority because of the higher bitrate.

For instance, I have Survivor set to record on 32-1 and 32-0 as seperate timers but with the one on 32-1 as a higher priority. This has always worked so that the one on 32-1 got recorded and the one on 32-0 didn't unless the OTA tuner was busy recording something else due to priority and 32-0 would record automatically. This has always worked for me until tonight.

Tonight the 32-0 version is recording with the OTA tuner doing nothing.

Is this something new that's going on or is it just an unusual glich on my DVR?

When I have mysterious timer problems (like timer not firing), they usually are fixed by pulling the AC plug out for 15-20 seconds and then plugging it back in (make sure you are not recording at the time, and not recording within the next 10 minutes).
