Recording information?

When viewing a recorded event, is there a way to view how much time is left or elapsed? The only way I can seem to get this information is to push pause. When I hit the info button it just gives me the info about the recorded event. I guess Im just use to the way my old vcr worked, hit info and displayed the counter.

Push "Cancel". On the right-hand side you will see the time remaining.
