Recording from HR20 to JVC HM-DH5U VCR

I'm considering a JVC HM-DH5U VCR to archive HD recordings made on the HR20. To my knowledge, the only way to import an HD signal on this VCR is through a firewire input. Does anyone know if it's possible to transfer HD content from the HR20 to a device such as this VCR which looks like it accepts only a firewire connection? Thanks for any advice.
