Recording conflict

I have two shows on at the same time on Thursday night. My todo list showed one as not going to record because of the conflict. Both should record since I have a dual line going to the DVR. I was really frustrated, but I hit the red reset button and when everything came back up, both shows were set to record. I have an R15-100.

Posting this on the off case that it might help someone.

I wonder if you have a tuner or line problem and the dvr was only feeling one tuner.
