I'm looking for a simple way to be able to watch my satellite on my computer. Just need composite or S-video + LR audio inputs, and the ability to watch it (semi) real time. I have no need for any special abilities (DVR, HD, IR Blaster, etc), and price is the ultimate goal. Anyone have any recommendations for me? I prefer USB as my internal expansion ports are all full or blocked by my video cards.

That's easy. Use a sling box. Then watch your satellite on any computer anywhere in the world as long as you have a broadband connection. On your LAN at home the quality will be excellent.
