It seems that everybody wants to own equipment, But I don't see the advantages ? I just got a free (leased) HR10-250 and from what I read on these post are that I'm still Charged $4.99 a month but instead of calling it a mirror fee its a lease fee plus its covered ( all I pay is S/H ) Is this correct ? So right now only my most expensive receiver is covered and my other Easily replaced receivers ( 1-standard TIVO & 1 regular receiver ) are not. I received my first bill after getting the HR10 and I'm only charged the one $4.99 fee.
Does anybody know if a leased HR10-250 is automatically covered ? I thought i read a post in these threads that only leased standard receivers are covered ? doesn't make sense to me ?
