Reception Problem

I have a an H21 receiver which suddenly stopped recognizing satellites 99 and 103. All transponders show zeroes. My two other receivers work fine so it is not a dish problem. I reset the receiver several times and ran the initial satellite setup again, no results. I also swapped out the broadband converter with one of the other receivers, no results. Does anyone know if there is a solutiion or do I need a new receiver?
The tech people at DTV are no help and obviously know little.

Are those other receivers capable of tuning 99 and 103?

I suspect you need a dish re-alignment.
