Receiver swap program for non-Superdish compatible receivers

I just got the Superdish 121 receiver installed to get international programming. My 301 and 921 receivers work great.

But I also have an old 5000, Dishplayer 7200 and D-VHS units that are not Superdish compatible (they will see 110/119 but not 121)

Does DISH have any exchange program for these old receivers?

you can call them and see

the 5000 I would replace, but not the other 2. The new DVR's have a fee to them, and I dont think the 7200 does
