You turn it off and wait.

Dish sends updates out in batches, to limited numbers of selected receivers at a time. We can do nothing but wait until our turn comes.

make sure you are setup to recevie updates at night, like around 1:00 am or so. when it's your turn you will get it. until then you won't.
