receiver settings for dmx741u

hi to all, i bought a dmx741u and i need to get it programmed into my receiver.I have an orasat 5.0 and need this info for my receiver...LNB#.....has settings from 1-4...uncommitted..has settings from 1-15...diseq c repeat...on/off..i have no manual,but i learned this thing has a built in diseq switch.

5150 freq diseqc 1

KU is Universal
9750/10600 freq
diseqc 2

I had the same type of questions when I was setting up these combo LNB's. It would have been SO CONVENIENT if this information was in the INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS. Hopefully Robbie will see this and make a revision of the current instruction.
