Been looking all around to find out if you have to call Dish or use MyDish to reactivate service with Dish Outdoors..They really don't have very good FAQs available anywhere for Dish Outdoors!! Google FAQs...Nowhere can I find out how long your account info will be saved or anything about time limits..Just tells you "Just don't pay and we'll take care of the rest"... That doesn't tell me crap!! Come-on Dish!! Get some FAQs together so people know what to expect!! I'm guessing the only way to find out any info is from people who have experienced Dish Outdoors
