on how echostar wants to use the voom customer base I
would assume they would make it very tempting to join
their service when it is launched. As for the rest of
you looking for another service you will probably join
direct tv Hd service when it launches in the summer.
It would have to be a class action if voom refuses to
make good on the unused portion of your contract but I
think they will forfill the contract there will be no
cause for action. You will have a piece of memorabilla
to show your grand kids. Maybe the software can be
replaced for another service. They didnt declare
chapter 11 or 13 so I think they will give you your
contract worth of service.
