There can be no assurance that the sun will rise tomorrow.....but there's a
high degree of likelihood. Since it's a subset of the Board who negotiated
the letter of intent, whom do you figure will shoot it down?
Still a very strong presence of folks on the list who seem to want Voom to
go belly-up.
