Re-installing multiple OSes

A PC can support up to 4 primary partitions per drive...
Interestingly, WinXP has no problem creating 4 primary partitions.
Win7 will refuse to create more than 3 including the 100MB system partition it creates for itself.
But Win7 will have no problems seeing all 4 created by WinXP. Go figure...

Just as I declared before: This sh*t will NOT beat me...

And it didn't. I now have Windows XP and Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) running successfully on my machine. Now tonight I get to go through downloading the flood of patches and updates for my XP installation. It looks like I'll still need that for gaming and word processing.
 
I dual boot Ubuntu Linux and Windows Vista (soon to be 7) on my Sony Vaio laptop.
