Just so you know this set will be a 27" EDTV so that isn't such a great deal. So they have a built-in ATSC tuner that can accept a 1080i signal but the TV will not display anything better than 480p.

good point. i guess this tv is more geared to people who don't need or want hd.

Its an improvement but could be misleading to some people that are expecting HDTV.
