I was glad to see Raven Symone has her first movie coming out, 'College Road Trip'. For all parents out there, she is a rare quality role model for young girls, and I've always like her show. Plus she's been acting since she was a child (The Cosby Show) and I think this movie of hers looks funny...

This movie is a tad more clean that that, but with Martin involved there will def. be some hilarious ribaldry.

Great call on Raven being a well adjusted child star. I like her progression from well established Disney Channel star to the big screen now, in a an enjoyable, comedic role.

I was tired lastnight and the kid was screamin but the intent didnt come across well either, she's not my fave by the way and definitely not appealing to me with the weight gain.

Quality Actress

I really hope she gets more roles as a result of this movie. She def. shows signs of being a good actress, and if Jennifer Hudson from American Idol can win an Academy Award there's no reason Raven can't act in a dramatic role. I'm excited for College Road Trip b/c it just looks like a plain old fun movie to watch, and will allow Raven to shine. There's not enough good young actresses and role models for young women and she's both. :up
