well....I don't think so....to a certain extent. I have ALSO noticed that when you and I get into it pretty good...no one post, but the thread gets ALOT of views.
And I also think some folks agree with our point of views, but do not wanna get into "the line of fire"....LOL!
Would prefer to be a Manning family, if only to annoy the Boston folk.

1 - If you are a delusional Yankee fan that thinks they should win every year, but this team may be a little O L D, so, in baseball's broken economic system, it will have to buy new players for next year.
2 - ESPN covers things that are on ESPN. As to MMA, to go OT for a minute, its illegal in my state (WV) and its illegal in OH and PA. The Wheeling and Mountaineer Park casino companies have spent BIG money on our legislature to get it in, but to no avail. Lots of old timers who just think its "wrong".
3 - Umm, no. Baseball TV ratings are made up of three parts. Frontrunners, who will shift to the next good team. True baseball fans, who watch every year. And the locals. Now, obviously, is it better for TV to have the locals in a big DMA? Sure. But its not that big a deal. Remember, Baseball's Golden Age in terms of TV was when the Yankees stank.
4 - Complex question. First, fix the broken economic system. Second, understand that MLB is still FAR ahead of the two arena sports, and of NASCAR, golf, tennis and such. People that say otherwise just don't know what they are talking about. Third, make the game more accessable. Everyone should get 95% + of HIS home team(s) game in the basic package of any provider.
5 - My vote? Never. Woods is at the age where most golfers take a step back. There is a minority that keeps it up into their mid 40s, but most Majors have been won by people younger than Woods is today. The golfers that keep it going are, first injury free (Woods isn't) and second willing to adapt their game as they are no longer as long (Woods is directionless).
6 - In terms of importance, mid-major UConn at Michigan. Michigan loses and RR could be out by the next game. But really it is Boise's one game season vs VPI. No pro games are important until January.
7 - Who here is tired of Farve's act? I am. Retire or don't, but don't ask the world to beg you to play.
10 -Taco Bell is made from the scraps left over from other fast food.
