I finally received my long awaited motorized fta system from satellite av. After locating Galaxy 25, my signal strength was 8o to 90. My quality was only 35 to 45. No amount of tweaking was able to raise it any. If the signal is near 90, is there any need to relocate the dish? The location is 35 north, 93 west. what can I do to increase th quality to a more desireable level?

Your quality is going to vary, based on which transponder you are looking at. Check a range of transponders and see what the quality levels are. Here are a couple of my 95W tps as reported by an IV200- 90cm fortecstar dish.

tp 11789 Q=70
tp 11779 Q=38
tp 12177 Q=86

See the variance. If you have a smaller dish, expect lower Q numbers, but each transponder is different.
:)
[edit] If you are motorized , the motor movement takes care of LNBF skew, but if not, then you may find that adjusting your lnbf in the holder will give you better numbers.
