R22 Receiver audio feedback signal strength

What do I have to do to hear the audio feedback (beeping sound) when I display the individual transponders signal strength bar and try to peak the satellite signal?

Where are all the experts? Doesn't it suppose to beep? Old receivers always beeped, this one never did!

My D-11 beeps. Crappy way to get fined tuned for the peak though. Hook up a tv set and take it out to your dish. Watch the numbers for max. After you do that toss a wet rag over the lnb and peak it as high as you get it. This will allow even greater fine tuning. I re did my dish the other day like that 96-100 on everything. It rained this morning I lost 1 point during the rain that's it.

My R22 doesnt give that obnoxious beep when I go into the tuners and thats how I like it

I dont need the next door neighbors dog howling when I peak the dish

If you don't like the beeps you can always mute the audio or lower the volume. The question was why the beep is not there.
