When I turn on and go to menu it goes to step 6 of 9 and when I go to setup there is no option to rerun setup. I need to setup for a new dish(3-lnb) instead of (2-lnb). Any suggestions on how to rerun setup. I have tried reset button and unpluging the receier.

You need to go into the reset menu and choose reset everything.

There is no reset menu. When I select menu the only choice is setup and It just goes directly to settings step 6 of 9 with no choices from there.

Try a hard reset. The little red reset button is behind the door with the access card.

Are you saying it locks up on the setup when it gets to menu 6 of 9? If not, try completing the setup with the 2 LNB dish and then follow John's advice.

The 2 LNB sees the 101 and 119, while the 3 LNB dish adds the 110 to the fray. If you are not having another issue (such as cabling, alignment, etc...) it should work.
