R15 Question

Woke up this AM (5:00) and noticed my R15's light ring was going around in circles and the unit wouldn't respond to the remote or front panel. Did red button reset and then 15 second unplug reset, no change.

Was it processing an update? Hard drive dying? Hard drive in loop, needs reformatted?

Please help all!

Still had the ring of blue when I got home from work, called Tech Support, had to reformat.
