R15 - “ADVANCE” remote button problem.

Hello everybody,
I got DirecTV service yesterday. One small receiver and one R15 DVR. I recorded some shows on R15. When I go to MyVOD to view something I experience very strange problem.

Let say, recorded show is 40 minutes. I start playing it from the beginning. Then I press “ADVANCE” button to skip forward whatever (10-15) seconds, but it skips to minute 39. I press “ADVANCE” button again, and now it skips about 10-15 seconds (as it suppose to be). I press that button again several times, and it works ok, and then jumps back to the beginning of recorded show. If I press the button again it jumps to minute 39 again.

Does anybody have this problem?

The advance button is for skipping to the end and beginning. The R15 does not have a 10-15 or even 30 second skip feature. The DTiVo's remote could be changed to have the 30 second skip feature.
