R10 Video Freezing on locals 3-49, Sat 119 only

in the last few days, some of my locals received on channels 3-49 have been freezing up momentarily when changing channels. to explain it better: if i were to change from channel 10 to channel 15, when channel 15 displays, the video that was on channel 10 would be displayed on channel 15 for a second or so and then the video for channel 15 would pop on

i have one R10 and two D10's but it doesn't seem to be happening on the D10's. any thoughts?

never mind it was definitely an R10 issue
